Duty manager – Country pub with events

We're on the lookout for an experienced duty manager to join our friendly, fast paced country pub – home to great food, live music, and even rodeos

The right candidate will possess;

Previous experience in a pub / hospitality management- MINIMUM 1year experience

Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Ability to supervise shifts, manage staff & ensure smooth day to day operations

Current RSA, RSG, & RMLV – forklift license desired not required.

Flexibility required over a 7-day roster working a mixture of days, nights, weekends & public holidays

This is a casual role- with roughly 30/38hrs per week, opportunity to move to fulltime salary for the right candidate
