Sunshine, Australia Brimbank City Council Full time

We are currently looking for a Full Time Duty Manager across our sites in the Western suburbs of Melbourne. Sunshine Leisure Centre and Brimbank Aquatic Wellness Centre.
The role mostly includes working weekday evening shifts and at least one weekend shift per week, however changes in rosters may occour dependant on bussiness requirements.

The role involves, but not limited to:

- Staff Supervision
- Customer service
- Conflict resolution
- Aquatic Rescue
- Pool Plant Management
- Maintaining Safe and healthy Aquatic and Health and Fitness Facilities.

- Availability to modify rostered working times and days.

In accordance with our COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination Policy you are required to have received third / booster vaccination before commencing in this position.

To be eligible for employment at Brimbank City Council you must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident of Australia or be legally entitled to work in Australia.

**Selection Criteria**
- Essential : Lifeguard Qualification
- Essential : First aid Qualification
- Essential : Aquatic Technical Operators Certificate
- Desirable : Previous experience as a Duty Manager.
