Responsibilities:

  • Oversee 2 Phillip Hubs i.e. Townsend & Colbee
  • Daily front-office / customer service duties
  • Reporting of team success on weekly basis
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic, including adherence to SOP, health regulations and industry standards
  • Stock control, with regular ordering while maintaining exceptional service quality
  • Supervise clinical staffing needs, and scheduling, to optimize team performance
  • Patient Relations: patient overall needs, enquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly
