The Mental Health team at Woden Community Service is seeking for a qualified and experienced **Clinical Lead**who will provide clinical oversight, intervention, and triage services for participants in Woden Community Service’s (WCS) outreach mental health programs. This role supports staff through mentoring and supervision, contributes to the development of practice frameworks and clinical resources, and leads the implementation of new initiatives, including the introduction of a fee-for-service model in mental health programs.

We deliver services across the ACT covering children, families, young people and seniors including housing and mental health services.

**Our Offer**:

- Fixed term (up to 31 December 2025) part-time or full-time appointment (30 -38 hours/week).
- Salary of SCS6 $108,863.40 - $113,675.72 p.a. (pro-rata for part time) plus 11.5% Superannuation, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Salary packaging (up to $15,899 per year) plus meal and entertainment cards.
- Paid shutdown leave on standard working days between Christmas and New Year.
- 15 days paid personal leave per annum (pro rata) for full & part-time employees.
- 12 weeks paid parental leave (after 12 months service).

- Professional development and extensive training provided.
- Location: BOWES Place, Phillip and Outreach in the Community.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Qualification in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work.
- Minimum 12 months experience in mental health field, including work with participants experiencing suicidal ideation.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality clinical care, including risk assessment.
- Experience providing outreach support Service users.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with external stakeholders, establish best practices, and streamline referral pathways.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building respectful relationships with participants and their representatives.
- Experience in staff supervision and support.
- Experience delivering trauma-informed care or therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
- Comprehensive understanding of recovery-oriented practice.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with proficiency in IT systems.
- Effective time management and prioritisation in a dynamic work environment.
- Competence in triaging referrals and managing complex cases.
- Leadership skills with a focus on promoting team growth and resilience.
- Demonstrated understanding of professional boundaries, privacy and confidentiality
