We are building a new partnerships function from the ground up, and we're looking for a Partnership Lead to help shape it. This role will be instrumental in developing and scaling our strategic relationships with the world's leading hyperscalers - AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud - to drive market reach, enablement, and co-sell growth.

As our first dedicated hire in this space, you'll lay the foundation for how Quantium builds, manages, and grows technology partnerships. You'll work across commercial, technical, and marketing teams to translate alliance programs into measurable business outcomes - from certifications and marketplace listings to GTM campaigns and partner-enabled revenue.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Build it from the ground up: You're creating our hyperscaler partnership strategy and the systems to support it - governance frameworks, QBRs, dashboards, and playbooks that actually work as we scale
  • Drive revenue through partnerships: Work with sales and delivery to spot and shape co-sell opportunities, build business cases that show real ROI, and enable field teams to win more deals with partner support
  • Keep us certified and competitive: Manage our partner portal profiles and certification roadmap across all three hyperscalers, making sure we maintain the right status to unlock incentives, co-sell programs, and marketing funds
  • Grow our internal capability: Partner with technical teams to build out hyperscaler certifications across the business, closing skills gaps and making sure everyone understands what's possible through these partnerships

  • Builder Mentality: You love creating structure where there isn't any. You're hands-on and comfortable working in ambiguity - whether that's building a business case for the C-suite or updating certification trackers.
  • Partnership Fluency: You know how hyperscaler partner programs actually work - the certifications, competencies, co-sell mechanics, and marketplace operations. You stay ahead of program changes and know how to position us for maximum benefit.
  • Commercial Mindset: You connect partnership activity to business outcomes. You can build models that show value, and you know how to get buy-in from sales, marketing, engineering, and leadership.

Required Experience And Capabilities

  • 5+ years in partnership or alliance roles working with AWS, Microsoft, or Google Cloud (either at a hyperscaler or partner organisation)
  • Deep understanding of partner program mechanics and how to work the system effectively
  • Strong commercial skills - you can build business cases and economic models that demonstrate clear ROI
  • Excellent at managing stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Technology, or related field (postgraduate qualification is a plus)
  • Comfortable operating without a clear roadmap and building processes from scratch
  • Track record of building or significantly growing a partnerships function
