We have an exciting opportunity for a trainee or experienced Sales Consultant to join our Toyota Used Vehicle Sales Team in Croydon.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong knowledge of vehicles in stock and at associated dealerships.
  • Understand customer needs and guide them through the purchase process.
  • Achieve sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Identify and secure new business through calls, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
  • Assist with vehicle valuations and trade-ins as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets, KPIs, and CRM systems.
  • Availability to work an 11-day fortnight (including weekends with rostered weekdays off).
  • A valid NSW driver's licence.
