Toyota New Car Sales Manager

At Croydon Toyota, we are dedicated to making you a long-term customer by giving the best service for a "car buying made easy" experience. Right now, we have an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team on a full-time basis in the role of Toyota New Car Sales Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the sales departments/staff;
- Developing and executing sales strategies;
- The achievement of targets to ensure the efficiency & profitability of the sales department;
- High-quality customer service;
- Continual development of our sales team - set goals, monitor progress and coach sales staff; and
- Representing the Company within the community
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a proven track record in automotive sales
- Have prior experience in management or as an Assistant Manager/2IC
- Be able to build rapport with customers and staff
