Your Role

As a Junior Group Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our franchise network's success. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where travel is essential. You will blend strategic thinking with operational support to empower our franchisees and maximise their potential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to franchisees with valuable operational insights
  • Conduct regular evaluations to maintain quality, service standards, and profitability
  • Collaborate with franchise partners to launch initiatives and ensure brand consistency
  • Employ proactive problem-solving to address challenges quickly and effectively
  • Travel regularly between sites to ensure strong relationships and on-the-ground support
