About the role

ChilliDB Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales focused, Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in our Brisbane office. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring efficient and effective sales and provision of our products and services. This is a full-time position, based in our centrally located Brisbane office.

About the Company

We sell and support ChilliDB, an Australian Client Management product, purpose-built for the Not-for-Profit (NFP), health and peak body sectors. Our mission is to provide enterprise class tools to our clients that streamline their activities and increase their impact. With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we are dedicated to empowering our clients to achieve their business goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing Sales and Marketing strategies and implementing them.
  • Building productive relationships with current and future clients.
  • Manage day-to-day operations across sales, implementation, and support.
  • Implementing and maintaining operational policies and procedures.
  • Working with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

About You

  • Proven experience in operations management, ideally within a SaaS company or the NFP sector.
  • Good understanding of the benefits of CRM's.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes and efficiency.
  • Passion for working with purpose-driven organisations.
