Salisbury North, South Australia Whites Road Dental Clinic Full time $60,000 - $90,000 per year

This is a full-time, permanent role where you will be working five days a week and occasional Saturdays (one or two in a month as required). The working hours are 9:00am-6:00pm Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-5:00pm on Friday and 9:00am-1:00pm on Saturday. You will be working primarily as a Front Office Coordinator with the willingness to work as a Dental Assistant as required.

Some experience as a dental assistant is preferred for this role.

Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.

A Certificate III/IV qualification is preferred for this position.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Answering phones, booking appointments and recalls
  • Minimum 1-2 years of dental reception or front office experience is required
  • Experience with dental practice management software is required
  • Taking payments and banking duties
  • Stock control and management
  • Managing all other reception and admin duties
