We're currently seeking a casual Client Service Officer to join our team as the welcoming face and first point of contact for clients and their beloved pets. If you're passionate about customer service, love animals and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment – we want to hear from you

About the Role:

We are looking for casual team members who are available across a rotating 24/7 roster, including overnights and weekends. This is no ordinary reception role – each day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact. It's truly a reception position like no other  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Greet clients and manage front-of-house areas, including waiting rooms
  • Handle a high volume of income calls and emails using multiple systems
  • Coordinate and book appointments across various departments
  • Act as a liaison between clients and clinical staff
  • Process payments (cash, EFTPOS, and insurance claims)
  • Request results, samples, and documentation from third parties

About You:

Our Client Service Officers bring a positive, engaging, and helpful attitude, with a strong sense of emotional resilience. You will pride yourself in providing excellent customer service to all clientele and bring your positive attitude and genuine care to every interaction.  

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

  • At least 2 years' experience in a high-volume reception or administrative role
  • Strong initiative and ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A warm, professional, and empathetic demeanour
  • A reliable and committed work ethic
  • A passion for animals and delivering outstanding customer service
