What You Will Do
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Veterinarians, Vet Nurses, Store Managers, and wholesalers.
Providing expert advice and training to customers, ensuring they fully understand and can effectively communicate the benefits of our products.
Utilising customer insights and data to tailor your approach and deliver value-driven solutions.
Presenting and promoting products through corporate sales presentations, customer visits, and industry events.
Handling customer inquiries professionally, including pricing queries, compliance issues, and product complaint investigations.
Collaborating with internal teams across sales, marketing, and technical services to support customer needs and business success.
Maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge to remain competitive and provide informed recommendations to customers.
What You Must Have
A tertiary degree in business or science (preferred).
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within sales or
