About the Role

We are seeking a strategic powerhouse to drive performance and spark scalable growth initiatives. As our Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations, you will advise and influence Sales & Partner leadership, shaping our future with expertise in strategic planning, sales optimization, and operational excellence.

This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced environment where your agility and problem-solving prowess will shine. You'll gain unparalleled visibility across the organization, working directly with executive leadership on projects spanning go-to-market planning, territory alignment, PRM optimization, data quality, and critical business performance reviews.

You'll be responsible for leading sales funnel analytics and reporting across the entire lead-to-revenue lifecycle, transforming conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and health metrics into actionable insights. You'll also master forecasting accuracy, coordinating regular forecast meetings that empower sales leadership.

You'll own the roadmap for revenue planning, headcount modeling, and sales capacity planning. Additionally, you'll revolutionize sales processes, from optimizing territory alignment and pipeline hygiene to boosting overall sales productivity.

You'll build the future of insights by defining impactful KPIs and constructing dynamic dashboards that deliver real-time views into performance, pipeline health, campaign impact, and sales execution.

About You

  • 3+ years of battle-tested experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Partner Operations, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven mastery in sales process design, funnel analysis, forecasting, and comprehensive revenue planning
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and hands-on experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for modeling complex business challenges and turning data into actionable strategies
  • A track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and managing high-impact projects under pressure
  • Executive-level communication skills that enable you to confidently influence senior stakeholders
