Our client, a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is looking for an experienced Bids & Proposals/ Submissions Coordinator with relevant industry experience, ideally coming from an engineering or professional services background to join their Sydney based team.

Day to day you will play a crucial and influential role in securing wins for one of the largest sectors within the organisation. Reporting into the Sector Lead and partnering with internal stakeholders, your role will consult, collaborate and elevate to achieve successful outcomes.

Desired experience & capabilities:

- Demonstrated ability to write engaging capability statements
- Comfortability with Adobe Suite (InDesign & Photoshop)
- Exposure to engineering/ construction or similar industry
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Experience creating relevant marketing collateral to support submissions
- Creating/ elevating marketing material
- Ability to manage time frames and meet deadlines
