We are partnering with a membership based network, who provide a global community for individuals of significant wealth. Their mission is to connect families and individuals into a community who support each other. They achieve this by creating learning and sharing events to discuss relevant topics based around Philanthropy, Investments, Family and more.

With a focus on Making Wealth Meaningful and supporting their members to engage with their wealth to create a positive or meaningful impact, they are seeking an Event Coordinator to join their team.

**About The Role**

This role will see you working closely with the Program Manager to plan content and manage the logistics and administration of the event, for the various peer groups. Each peer group attends up to 5 events a year and it your role to ensure the event informative and inspiring for the members.

An integral part of your role is to build internal relationships with key stakeholders within the business and their members.

Some of your other responsibilities include:

- Collating attendee lists
- Research and source relevant guest speakers
- Communication to the peer groups in regards to all event information and logistics
- Gather feedback following events and reporting back to management
- Build strong relationships with facilitators and guest speakers
- Respond to topic request from peers or reaching out for suggestions

**About You**

You will be a driven individual who loves building relationships. With experience in an Event Planning/Coordinating or similar position you will also need
- A Qualification in Communications, Marketing or Event Management
- Knowledge of planning events and venue management
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience creating or designing content for networking events is beneficially
