We are currently seeking an experienced Technology Administrator to join their Technology team at the Head office in Brisbane.

**The responsibilities are, but are not limited to**:

- Answer all incoming calls and triage enquiries or re-directing as appropriate
- Assist with the scheduling of Security Technicians to meet client requirements
- Manage invoicing and accounts payable responsibilities
- Liaise with subcontractors and clients to ensure service standards achieved
- Monitor technician’s various licences expiry and update as required
- Schedule of approved annual leave and RDOs
- Provide general administration support to the Technology team
- Create and maintain appropriate data systems in relation to files including invoices, contract information, client data, site information and contact details
- Attend and minute-take of regularly scheduled meetings as directed
- Review and setup Monitoring Services

**To be successful, the following skills, qualities and experiences are required**:

- Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or Cert IV Business Administration highly regarded
- Proven experience in an administration capacity
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise
- Accurate data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Managing and maintaining equipment and, records, compliance and reports
- Proficient in Intermediate levels of computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent and Strong written and verbal communication skills along with strong attention to detail
