We are a Hard-working Professional Field Service Organization with a strong team, seeking an experienced Field Service Coordinator.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate service teams and work closely with project team members, managers and leads to help deliver major organisational tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments to create quotes, invoices, leads, jobs and contract jobs.
- Communicate with external stakeholders to ensure the project standards meet expectations.
- Create, prepare, and deliver reports to various departments and department managers, including director.
- Coordinate with other departments to handle payroll and personnel databases, process invoices, make payments and track receipts.
- Review, revise and implement workplace procedures and policies to improve operational efficiency and objectives, including customer service and client relationships.
- Customer Relations Management to support the sales team by managing sales tools, assisting with reporting, and helping to streamline workflows.
**Qualifications**
- Seeking Experienced Applicants, Applicants with an understanding of Distribution and Service Based Business.
- Associate's degree in office administration may be preferred.
- High level of experience with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook and the ability to learn new systems quickly and precisely.
- Highly organized and able to create an organized and easy-to-follow system for others.
- Ability to work autonomously, take on tasks without direction, handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously while under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with an aptitude for customer service and professionalism.
