Looking for a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for the effective management of all designated projects and their associated budgets and schedules, including coordinating all deliverables and requirements of the entire cross-functional project team.
Ensure all projects are completed according to the project scope and to mutually agreed upon timelines. Ensure that the Delivery/Program Manager and customers are aware of issues that will impact timely project completion or cost, and pro-actively seek to identify and communicate any schedule and budget risks.
Job Purpose
- The Project Coordinator will provide effective support to the project management and governance of the Service Delivery function.
- This role will report into the Project Manager / Team Leader.

Key Outcomes
- Supporting the effective and efficient management of assigned projects to agreed schedule, cost, risk, and quality requirements. Measured by projects successfully completed on time and to budget.
- Robust and transparent project reporting and data analysis to ensure effective governance and performance of the Service Delivery function.
- Maintenance of a high level of customer satisfaction through the consistent provision of quality project delivery and associated customer reporting.
- A high level of communication and interaction between all relevant internal Business Units to ensure common success.
Core Responsibilities
- Supporting the Project Manager in management, reporting and administration of assigned projects.
- Supporting the National Delivery Manager in reporting and administration of the Service Delivery team.
- Organising Project Meetings; collating Meeting Agenda items, taking Meeting Minutes and distributing them amongst attendees.
- Project administration and document control.
- Project planning and coordination of tasks required to meet project milestones.
- Tracking and reporting on project budget, schedule, and Risk/issues.
