Lindsay Transport is one of the largest transporters of fresh produce and refrigerated freight in Australia and specialise in temperature sensitive, time-slotted freight into Central Markets and major Grocery Distribution Centres. We operate a network of freight terminals with significant cold room facilities across Australia and employ a staff of approximately 1600 workers.

Lindsay Transport is currently seeking a Fleet Maintenance Administrator to join the team in Brisbane on a full time basis.

**The role**:

- Raising purchase orders for vendors Australia wide
- Processing invoices for payment
- Ordering and receival of parts (Some knowledge desirable)
- Maintaining and filing of service records
- Any Adhoc administrative tasks required by National Fleet Manager

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Office
- Previous data entry experience
- Self-motivated and comfortable with a high level of autonomy
- Transport/automotive industry experience advantageous
