**About the Contract**

EQL is the Queensland Government entity that combines the state-owned electricity distributors Ergon Energy and Energex. For more than a decade, Ventia has worked to deliver over $250 million of electricity and gas transmission and distribution (T&D) projects across Australia.

Ventia provides a range of Facilities Management services for Energy Queensland including property services, pool vehicle management, cleaning, grounds maintenance, general maintenance and project management services for Non-Network Infrastructure and substations across the entire state of Queensland.

**About the Role**

Reporting into the Asset Manager, we are seeking an administrator extraordinaire to join our team on a **3-month fixed term contract,** based in Newstead (Brisbane). The Maintenance Data Administrator will utilise the work management system (SAP) to support and manage large volumes of data, and proactively follow-up information from stakeholders to update internal system registers. This position could suit and ambitious scheduler, or even a graduate who is looking to gain experience and exposure working with a Tier 1 company.

Other key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Manage and update work orders/maintenance plans into SAP
- Liaise with subcontractors and the operations team to confirm maintenance set-up requirements
- Collect, load and review equipment register
- Notify stakeholders of any changes in the work schedules

**About You**

The key skills and attributes required to be successful in this role include:

- Experience in maintenance planning, preferably in a FM environment or similar would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Knowledge and understanding of asset management, quality, WHS, and environmental and risk management systems
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of work planning and scheduling practices and procedures.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Functional Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook & Word.
