- Global Logistics provides sophisticated supply chain solutions, from end-to-end or part solutions, warehousing and distribution to dedicated transport solutions, across the globe and to some of the most remote corners of the world.
Being a global organisation managing 13,000 fleet and machinery, we need to ensure that all these machines are efficient and safe for use. The Equipment team is responsible for fleet acquisitions, fleet management, international maintenance and continuous improvement so that Toll can continue to provide service quality.
The role
- Toll Group Equipment division are seeking a driven and detail oriented Maintenance Administrator to support our internal fleet maintenance activities. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support nationally to the equipment division, assisting with invoicing, customer relations, and 3rd party communications.
- Assist with driving a seamless fleet maintenance operation with you your strong organizational skills, data entry and reporting ability, and general administrative capability. - This position will work Monday - Friday 8am-4pm.
- As The Maintenance Administrator, You Will
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including purchase orders, work orders and 3rd party administration.
- Liaising with external suppliers and service providers to ensure data integrity and up-to-date records.
- Monitoring maintenance costs and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Supporting the maintenance team with data entry, reporting, compliance and general administrative tasks
- Quality assurance tasks such as compliance administration
- Qualifications
- To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, or exposure to administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient computer skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and establish positive relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
