**About the role**
In amongst all the exciting things happening within the industry and across EA, the Organisational Change Team has undergone its own radical change, investing in organisational wide change enablement coaching to build organisational wide change maturity. While exceptional change management and delivery remains fundamental to our value proposition, the team’s strategic focus now involves providing change coaching to those tasked with leading or delivering change, ensuring overtime individuals can confidently, more effectively and sustainably deliver basic changes more independently, minimising risks and enabling the organisation to realise their benefits faster. **_#Embrace Change & Own It._**
Reporting to an Organisational Change Leader and located on the traditional owners of the Wurundjeri lands of Melbourne, depending on the level of complexity and change impact of the project(s) or program of work you are assigned to, you will provide end to end change management and/or provide autonomous change coaching, consulting, and advice to enable others. All of which in alignment with EA’s strategy and culture.
Your role may also involve teaming up with other members of the Organisational Change Team to work on larger more complex programs.
**What we’re looking for**
- Demonstrated experience in Change coaching, consulting, end to end delivery, and learning
- Awareness of ADKAR principles and use of formal change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools
- Passion for developing others and imparting organisational change knowledge, tools, and processes
- Planning and organising skills, someone who effectively prioritises and meets designated timeframes, ensuring work priorities are completed on time and within budget
- Written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organisation and with key stakeholders
- Adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to quickly orient in new and unfamiliar areas
