
Organisational Change Manager

**About the Role**
The Organisational Change Manager (OCM) will play a key role in ensuring large programs/projects (change initiatives) within Transformation meet their objectives and deliver business benefits. This person will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance.
The OCM will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organisation to increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
**About you** Knowledge Required**:
- 5+ years' change management experience, with a background in roles delivering sustainable change programs across enterprise organisations relating to people and processes
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant field, e.g. HR, Marketing, Communications - (mandatory)
- Appropriate change management certifications, e.g. Prosci, APMG-International, PCI, etc. - (mandatory)
- Experience in stakeholder management and influencing, managing within all levels of an organisation
- Experience in working in a financial services environment or a similar multifaceted organisation
**Key Skills Required**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- High-level analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, analyse problems, think outside of ‘the box’ and provide tangible, practical and achievable business solutions.
- Ability to ensure that the business and people related benefits and risks are well understood and managed, including activities which contribute to post-implementation benefits realisation
- The ability to deliver end-to-end transformational change programs from inception and strategy through to implementation and maintenance/support.
