**Public Sector People (PSP) **are currently looking to speak to a
**Change Manager/ Analyst **who would be interested in a 12-month temporary contract.

- _Assisting with their Digital Transformation project that is only just beginning_

This role is responsible for creating and implementing organisation change management and communication strategies ensuring projects/ change initiatives meet their objectives on time and on budget. You will also be responsible for identifying stakeholders and related change impacts to ensure the change is managed to a high standard and rolled out successfully.

Due to the Council being at the very beginning of their Digital Transformation project, they are looking for someone to join on a contract basis for AT LEAST 12-months. You will work alongside a Project Manager hired on the same basis and you will work together to ensure the process is running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Undertake stakeholder analysis for each program or project, identifying impacted groups and develop plans to move them through the change process.
- Support stakeholders with clear communications, sponsorship, training and coaching and resistance management.
- Identify and analyse problems, research solutions, recommend and implement improvements to change and communications strategy and change toolkit based on stakeholder feedback, industry best practice and lessons learned.
- Provide specialist advice to stakeholders and business units regarding digital requirements.

The following qualifications and/or experience are required for the position:

- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, Commerce, Communications or Human Resources field.
- Industry certification in an organisational change management methodology.
- Proficiency in the organisational change management methodologies, such as PROCSI - ADKAR
- Working knowledge of business analysis and change management
- Previous experience with assisting with the implementation of Dynamics and O365.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
