**Role Overview**

Cbus has an exciting opportunity to join our Advice Services Team, as an Advice Initiatives Specialist. This role will see you identifying initiative requirements, defining scope and objectives and aligning them with the fund strategy.

You will lead the successful development and implementation of the digital advice strategy, which will include vendor analysis and comparison. As well as new initiatives there will be the continued support of projects/ programs already in motion such as our "Advice Plus" program. You will work with internal and external teams to identify areas of opportunity and continuous improvement.

This role has a people and systems/ process focus, and is a great opportunity for someone who wishes to work on initiatives that make a real difference to our internal teams and membership.

**About You**
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects that have a high impact on a member base.
- Skillset's in Business Analysis, Project or Change Management principles will be highly beneficial in this role;
- Strong understanding of advice, superannuation, and/or financial services;
- Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional and external stakeholder relationships;
- Demonstrated capabilities around comprehension, decision making and accountability in a complex operational/policy environment;
- Experience driving strategic project delivery for a function;
- Experience delivering digital initiatives that enhance experience related to an Advice function would be highly beneficial.
