**Your new role**

Our Enterprise Change practice is growing and we have multiple opportunities for energetic change managers with broad ranges of expertise to join our talented team.

Reporting to the to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Change, Strategic Delivery Office, the Organisational Change Manager is responsible for providing and delivering change management expertise in support of our Corporate and Regulatory portfolio of projects.

The Organisational Change Manager will play a key role in facilitating and driving change transition, activities for change initiatives, ensuring that projects realise their expected benefits. They will play a key role in ensuring that project delivery is aligned with, and reinforces, the Fund’s culture and values.

This role will also contribute to the continuous development of the Enterprise Change function, associated approaches, practices tools and a broader organisational change capability uplift. Key responsibilities will include;
- Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the stakeholders being impacted by the change
- Identify potential staff and other stakeholder risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to understand format
- Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - i.e., communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan
- Support the execution of plans by people leaders and business leaders
- Coach senior leaders who are change sponsors
- Identify post implementation adoption challenges, and develop and implement corrective actions
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of a Change Analyst and work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plans
- Identify people metrics and measurements to track and report on change adoption and mitigate risks relating to the project change initiative

**What you’ll need**
- Experience delivering change management activities in support of regulatory change
- Deep knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Significant change management experience
- A deep understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience with business transformation, process re-engineering and/or system implementations
- Highly developed communication and active listening skills
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Tertiary qualifications in change management, human resources or related field
- Post graduate qualifications in human resources or a related field (desirable)
