**About Us**

Deluxe Tech International (DTI) specialise in sourcing, developing and manufacturing quality womens, mens and childrens footwear throughout China for a diverse customer base throughout Australia, New Zealand, South Africa.

**The Role**

The role is responsible for assisting the footwear team with Customer Service. While also collaborating and working with our China team and buyers on all aspects of order procedures and processes.

**Key responsibilities**
- Coordinate and maintain relationships and rapport with each client
- Prove clear communication and direction between China staff and client ensuring all details are addressed
- Proactively manage customer’s satisfaction and delivery by anticipating potential problems, and offering solutions
- Retail store visits to keep up to date with current market
- Working alongside director on sales with customer product development
- Assist with sample organization, coordination and sample distribution, along with showroom presentation
- Daily coordination of China team for fit and spec approvals, status of orders and production
- Working with our China team to ensure on time and accurate prototype sampling throughout seasonal milestones that meet target costs, delivering confirmation samples that are suitable for production according to critical paths

**Job Type**: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- South Yarra, VIC 3141: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail or wholesale buying: 1 year (preferred)
