We are seeking a passionate, energetic Account Manager to join an innovative full services, digital media agency focused in the exhibition and events space. The culture is suited to someone who embraces diversity, individualism and high levels of creativity.
The Account Manager will play a key role in taking the business to the next level, working with the executive team to scale the agency. You will need a proven record of working with a close knit team to grow the business, bringing creativity and innovative solutions to clients.
**Responsibilities**:
Working with the team to develop strategy and creative
Building clients relationships, identifying and creating business opportunities
Quoting and managing budgets
Setting and managing deadlines
Briefing and coordinating jobs
Liaise closely with the client, the creative studio, internal clients and creative management team
Ensure deliverables are understood and adhered to
Receive and process project requests from client, take project briefs, assign tasks and oversee each project’s progress in conjunction with the the digital team
**Essential skills and experience**:
3-4 + years of experience working in a digital agency, managing multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines
Strategic and creative mindset combined with string business acumen
High level of communications skills
Initiative to manage workload, meet deadlines and solve problems
Excellent organisation skills including the ability to prioritise tasks, achieve goals within established timelines
A passion for digital communications, and experience working across a range of digital mediums
