What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering exceptional service to key accounts
  • Managing orders, deliveries, and customer queries with precision
  • Resolving complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Supporting internal teams with reporting and product setup
  • Collaborating across departments to ensure smooth operations

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in customer service or administration
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive mindset and problem-solving ability
  • Confidence using MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
  • Exposure to ERP systems like QAD (or similar)
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and juggle multiple priorities
