**Your new role**
As Administration Coordinator you will be responsible for;
- Answering general customer enquiries
- Checking and assisting with the processing of employee wages and timesheets
- Set up and maintain site job files
- Monitor Accounts Payable processing system and follow up on invoices/claims
- Coordinate end of month balancing for completed jobs
- Reconcile invoices
- Organise Branch functions and events
- Manage and coordinate weekly and monthly meetings - including minutes of meetings

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role you will need to;
- Have strong organisational and time management skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically MS Excel)
- have a polite telephone manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in AP, AR and end of month reconciliations
- Some exposure to dealing with trades and sub contractor
