This is a great opportunity to join an industry leading wine business with an amazing portfolio of wines. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will support the National Business Manager and wider sales team with financial administration and analytical support.

**Specifically the job will entail**:

- Managing key accounts claims processing and reconciliations
- Coding and processing department invoices and claims in a timely and accurate manner
- Calculating and submitting monthly trade spend accruals for National and State key account customers
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication with customers and internal staff to answer queries in a timely manner
- Planning and evaluation of customer promotional programs
- Providing data analysis and reports to assist National Business Manager and wider sales team
- Assisting with analysing data for category insights and developing customer presentations and pitches

**About you**

As a Key Accounts Administrator, you will play a key role in coordinating financial and administrative functions across the business.
- Your attention to detail is second to none
- You possess strong numeracy skills, particularly with regard to data analysis and financial literacy
- You have experience with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet design and maintenance.
- You have strong stakeholder management skills
- You possess the ability to make things happen and are comfortable multi-tasking
- You have a basic knowledge of wine and a keen interest in learning more about the industry
