**About the Role**

The Supply department procures and manages the delivery of a wide range of clinical and non-clinical consumables, equipment, and capital items across the Hospital. The department operates on a daily ward replenishment cycle and uses SAP to manage all inventory transactions.

The successful person will be responsible for ward stock replenishment in critical care areas, unpacking stock, the delivery of supplies, some relief Goods receivals, and much more. Overall, you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient supply service for the Hospital.

**About you**

You will be a highly organised and process focused professional with previous experience in a stores or warehouse operation. Crucial to this role will be a high level of accuracy time management skills with a strong team focus.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- **Receiving and processing deliveries**: This involves unloading trucks, inspecting goods, and ensuring accurate record-keeping on the system.
- **Storing and organising supplies**: Maintaining proper storage conditions, including temperature-controlled areas, and ensuring stock rotation to prevent spoilage.
- **Distributing supplies**: Delivering supplies to various departments and ensuring they have adequate stock levels.
- **Managing inventory**: Using computer systems to track stock levels, identify discrepancies, and place orders to replenish supplies.
- **Following up on back orders**: Tracking and expediting orders for items that are temporarily out of stock.
- **Resolving supply-related issues**: Addressing inquiries from staff and escalating complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
- **Ensuring safety and compliance**: Adhering to safe handling practices and following relevant guidelines.
- **Operating equipment**: May require experience with forklifts or other warehouse equipment.
- **Contributing to a team environment**: Collaborating with other supply staff and healthcare professionals.

**Remuneration**

Hourly rate ranging from **$26.50 - $31.98**+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications. (QLD Level 1 Year 1 - QLD Level 2 Year 4 )

**Requirements**:
