The Project Officer for Supply Chain Projects will support the Supply Senior leadership Team with the planning, execution, and monitoring of supply chain initiatives within the organisation.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Support the development and implementation of supply chain projects, ensuring they align with organisational objectives.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying any issues or risks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are completed on time.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to inform project decisions and improvements.
- Facilitate communication across departments to ensure effective collaboration and project alignment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain and recommend solutions.
- Undertake Oracle Supply module support activities to the business as required.
- Manage and monitor supplier insurance validity for EDL's critical suppliers.
- Assisting the business and Suppliers with the EDL Supplier on-boarding process
- In addition to the duties set out above, the Supply Project Officer may be expected to perform other duties as assigned from time to time by the Company.

- Able to travel interstate or internationally when required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management or related fields, preferably within the supply chain sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in utilsing inventory and supply chain management software (e.g Oracle)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
