The role of **Operations Support Officer - ANZ**involves providing a high level of support to the ENR Operations Team Director and the Senior Leadership Team in the management of the ENR Business Unit.

The role requires essential skills in Communication (written and oral), Interpersonal Skills, Creativity & Flexibility, Analytical, Problem Solving, and Networking Skills.

**Responsibilities**

Project Set Up:

- Support cost centre leads in maintaining registers for clients, projects & personnel
- Liaise with finance to establish new clients & vendors
- Project setup in D365

Client Invoicing & Receivables:

- Monitor, receive & collate all documents required for client invoicing
- Keep client & project records up to date to ensure accurate & timely invoicing

Payables:

- Create purchase orders for contractors and suppliers
- Reconcile costs to sales and receipt in D365
- Reporting:

- Assist with data analytics and Business Unit financial performance reporting

You will provide support for the Energy and Natural Resources Business Unit team members:

- Work closely with Business Unit management to ensure smooth running of business functions
- Provide support to all Business Unit personnel
- Assist with maintaining and updating Business Unit systems and processes
- Liaising with other Business Units across the business.
- Liaising with Cost Centre Leads to attain necessary inputs in support of activities.
- Liaising with staff at all levels, within the Australian and New Zealand business and other T&T offices worldwide.
- Setup and maintain project data within T&T systems.
- Prepare invoices, create vendor purchase orders and assist with accounts receivables.
- Assist Director with data analytics and Business Unit financial performance reporting.
- Assist with and produce reports for management and board meetings.
- Maintain Business Unit registers and databases as required
- Preparation of submissions and reports as required.
- Establishing, updating and maintaining the Business Unit filing system for all documents related to administration of the Business Unit and Projects.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
- Comply with the requirements of Turner & Townsend’s Business Management Systems including Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Management associated with the role and position within the company.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong MS Excel capability.
- Microsoft Teams, D365 and SharePoint experience.
- PowerBi experience desirable
- Accounts and finance experience
- Client Billing & Receivables experience for time and material projects in professional services business
- Organised and process orientated with the ability to manage conflicting timescales and priorities.
- Process driven and ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Proactive approach with the ability to drive compliance requirements of the team.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Possesses tact, diplomacy and assertiveness to achieve objectives.
- Proven strong administrative ability and excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Possesses a wide knowledge of the company’s organisation and practice.
