About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operation Support Officer to join our team at EGroup Protective Services Group Pty Ltd in Brisbane, Queensland. This is a part-time opportunity, offering flexibility and work-life balance. As the Operation Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations, providing administrative and logistical support to our team.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and file management
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for our team
  • Assisting with the management of our inventory and purchasing of office supplies
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner
  • Supporting the implementation of operational procedures and policies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication
  • Undertaking special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
