This Global energy producer has ambitious plans to become a net zero company. They have a flagship multi-billion-dollar project currently at early stages. This will see existing infrastructure repurposed to support the decarbonisation of aviation and heavy industry.

They are looking for a Contracts and Procurement Consultant with specific experience in Gas and Electricity strategy.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled team delivering best-in-class strategic procurement and contract advice, including end-to-end procurement services.

**Duties**:

- Come up with innovative ideas around the procurement strategy
- Fulfil the responsibilities of a Procurement and Contracts Consultant
- Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to the Project team and the wider business
- Manage end to end procurement services specifically in the Utilities area.

**Skills**:
We are looking for an individual with a Gas and Electricity and strong interest / knowledge of sustainability and decarbonisation.
- Procurement strategy

- Supply chain intelligence

- Commercial modelling
- Supplier evaluation strategies
- Contract drafting; terms, negotiation, and award

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Preferably possess degree related to quantity surveying, civil engineering, law, or procurement and/or be MCIPS.
- A strong background across the procurement lifecycle, including strategy development, tender preparation, and development within the energy sectors.
