Permanent position for a Procurement Officer in a major distributor

**Your new organisation**

This organisation is a global supplier in the energy industry and is seeking a Procurement Officer to join them on a permanent basis. With a fast-paced environment and friendly team, this is a great opportunity for someone with excellent organisation and time management skills who are based South of the River.

**Your new role**

Within this opportunity, you will be responsible for procurement, inventory management, sourcing and cost analysis. Duties and responsibilities include:

- Raise and expedite stock orders
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Manage shipping and documentation requirements

**What you’ll need to succeed**

In order to succeed, you will have strong attention to detail as well as excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. Essential experience would include:

- Experience using SAP or other ERP systems
- Procurement and stock management
- Ability to work independently and as a team

**What you’ll get in return**

In return, you will be given a permanent position in a procurement role in a Global organisation. Other details include:

- Salary of $70,000 - $95,000 + superannuation (depending on experience)
- 1 day working from home per week
- South of River location
