**Your Role in Action**
- **System Expertise & Innovation**:Be the go-to expert for supply chain systems like Source-to-Contract (Portt/OneAdvanced) and SAP Ariba, ensuring seamless operations. Drive innovation by leading continuous improvement initiatives across e-procurement platforms and collaborating with IT to deliver smart, integrated solutions.
- **Process Optimisation & Automation**:Streamline and automate procurement workflows, enhancing supplier accreditation, onboarding, and overall user experience. Support digital transformation initiatives by implementing process enhancements that deliver faster, smarter, and more compliant solutions.
- **Stakeholder & Supplier Enablement**:Empower others through impactful training and support for team members and suppliers on key systems and processes. Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory frameworks.
- **Data Management & Insights**: Own the data by maintaining clean, accurate, and effective procurement information. Leverage data to provide insights, cost-saving opportunities, efficiency improvements, and supplier performance reporting.
**What Makes You a Great Fit**
- Proven experience in procurement environments, with a passion for procurement technologies to drive results.
- Solid understanding of contract management systems, sourcing, and procure-to-pay and how they support business outcomes.
- Familiarity with contractual frameworks, and how they shape smart decision-making.
- A natural collaborator with strong communication and influencing skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Confident translating complex or technical information into clear, accessible language for all audiences.
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Procurement, IT Systems or a related field.
