Located at the foot of the Blue Mountains and 2km from Penrith, Ingenia Holidays Nepean River offers accommodation to suit families, couples, and sporting enthusiasts.

This great holiday spot backs onto the picturesque Nepean River, making it one of our most scenic holiday parks in NSW. The park features a choice of accommodation, including cabins and powered campsites. All accommodation is located centrally within the park, providing guests with easy access to amenities.

**About the Role**
We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Guest Experience Officer to support our front desk and ensure a welcoming experiencing for our guests. **This is a casual position, approximately 30 hours per week with more hours during peak season.**

**Responsibilities**
- Welcome every guest to Ingenia Holidays, explaining the park / resort, surrounding area, guest amenities and park activities
- Actively sell and promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing the unique story of your park
- Direct guest check in and check out and attend to general receptionist duties following correct procedures
- Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times
- Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems

**You bring**
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role / industry
- Computer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking software
- Passionate about the tourism industry with a strong sales ability
- Team player, strong attention to detail and well organised worker
