Unique operations role to sit in a central business role supporting core operational efficiencies at an award-winning Strategic Insights Agency.

The remit of the role covers Data Operations but also Information Security, ISO accreditations, Quality Assurance Processes and OH&S.

This is a fascinating opportunity to work very closely with the management team to oversee and evolve company policies and procedural efficiencies.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Oversee and lead all privacy and data security policies and requirements.
- Manage ISO certifications and ongoing compliance including training, internal and external documents and audits
- Manage all policies related to OH&S, environment, and sustainability.
- Manage fieldwork supplier relationships overseeing onboarding, relationships and contracts, seeking efficiencies.
- Some data analysis

**What are we looking for?**

A champion of process You’ll get kicks out of operational efficiencies and putting clear, well communicated systems and policies in place.

A strong collaborator able to understand the business mechanics and continually evaluate the systems needed and in place.

Ideally you will work in data operations in the market research/data strategy industry with a good understanding of the research cycle and therefore the building blocks that make up the processes, accreditations and data security required.

You’ll be a strong communicator and a proven track record of coming up with effective and timely solutions.
