We are partnering with a leading design studio for an effective Studio Operations Manager.

You'll be central in ushering operational excellence, implementing strategic initiatives concerning organisational design, crafting studio programming and enhancing team performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with the leadership team for workflow and resource allocation
- Oversee studio project budgets and manage workflow against the project schedule
- Workforce management
- Manage project reviews internally to ensure adherence to the scope and project brief
- Monitor & innovate operational reports, handle timesheet management, deliver reports to the Directors' and Principals
- Oversee studio logistics (e.g. facilities management and travel bookings)

Ideally, you'll have:

- Strong critical thinking skills with robust experience in leading change and operational transformations
- Exceptional leadership abilities in managing and motivating cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, ensuring project delivery within scope and budget
- Significant experience in change management and start-up operations
- Previous hands-on experience in operational roles within a busy start-up environment
- Degree in Business, or related field

Your success will be measured through your ability to:

- Implement new processes for improved workload efficiency
- Make effective, data-driven decisions concerning workload and resource distribution
- Ensure consistent profits are made on project budgets
