**About the role**:
Are you ready to take the reins and drive transformational outcomes in inventory?
CSR is on the hunt for an influential and experienced **Regional Inventory Manager** to lead strategy and performance across multiple sites. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in optimising supply chain performance, driving customer satisfaction, and embedding operational excellence into every corner of the business.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Craft and execute a smart, regional inventory strategy focused on optimisation, agility, and results.
- Align people, processes, and purpose-championing collaboration across state branches, suppliers, and business units.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering innovation and consistency through best-practice solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to overcome challenges, unlock efficiencies, and deliver with precision.
- Monitor key inventory metrics-turnover, accuracy, and costs-with relentless attention to continuous improvement.
- Embed a culture of safety and compliance with CSR's Zero Harm commitment.
**What You Bring**:
- 3+ years in inventory management, supply chain or logistics leadership.
- A track record of leading high-performing teams and building a culture of accountability.
- Big-picture thinking-able to develop strategies that balance customer, commercial, and operational outcomes.
- Strong understanding of Lean methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Sharp analytical skills with the systems know-how to back it up.
- Clear, confident communication and a naturally collaborative style.
