Retail Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. **Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.** Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control, to meet customer demand. **Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and drive sales.** Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels. **Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store.** Develop and execute promotional campaigns and in-store events. **Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.** Maintain financial records, including budgeting and expense management. **Foster a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and growth.**
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a retail management role. **Diploma of Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification.** Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a team. **Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.** Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. **Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.** Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
