We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Operations Manager to lead, develop and support operational support teams and/or functions within the region to ensure projects are delivered and sales accounts are supported and managed accordingly at a high strategic level.
As the NSW and ACT Sales and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all facets of the operation in NSW to ensure overall effectiveness and compliance with contractual obligations across NSW and ACT as needed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Strategically promote and sell HPA products to meet our customers’ needs working closely with the local and interstate Sales Teams.
- Develop business plans which identify opportunities within current customer base and help formulate sales strategies in conjunction with all HPA Sales Representatives
- Working with the sales team to support the building and maintaining of strong relationships with our clients across NSW/ACT as needed.
- Work with Marketing and other departments as needed to ensure appropriate support to the sales team regarding marketing materials and trade show coordination/management.
- Plan and manage all operations processes ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Manage the stock forecasting schedule for customer orders for all goods for NSW/ACT.
- Manage an overall delivery and installation schedule for all customer orders for all goods for NSW/ACT.
- Support the General Manager in the continuous improvement of systems and processes within NSW/ACT and when needed, nationally.
- Develop methods to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of operational support projects and processes.
- Collaborate with the broader Support and leadership team to drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Support the Human Resources function with on the ground recruitment for new staff based in NSW.
- Support the performance management of staff based in NSW.
- Ensure your compliance with the following ISO certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO27001
- Ensure your compliance with TGA, ERAC/RCM as required.
- Ensure your compliance and awareness of Cyber Security in partnership with the HPA IT Team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and healthcare providers.
**Qualifications**:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (Desirable)
- Previous successful experience in Healthcare Devices or/and Healthcare is highly desirable.
- Previous leadership experience (5+ years)
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in project management and managing budgets.
- Sales budget and forecasting experience.
- You know how to win.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a knack for innovative thinking.
- Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills.
- Demonstrated experience dealing with sensitive information requiring high level of communication skills written, verbal and listening.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to develop effective relationships.
- The ability to handle various projects simultaneously and independently.
- Outstanding relationship building and communication skills.
- Current Covid-19 vaccinations and a National Police Check will be required for this role.
**Additional Information and Requirements**:
- This position is based in Macquarie Park, NSW and may require interstate and overseas travel from time to time.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
