Description

UKG is seeking a highly motivated, detailed-oriented and customer-focused professional to join the Sales Operations Team in APAC. An opportunity to play a key role in driving the sales order process, working closely with our Sales Representatives across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Your experience of working with customers in an international sales environment alongside your multi tasking, organizational ability will ensure your success in this role and visibility among our senior leadership and wider business.
Responsibilities include:

- Partner with Sales team to deliver high-quality customer-facing documentation in support of sales objectives
- Manage escalations and approvals
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Order Management, Contracts, and Sales to ensure quote to cash compliance
- Comply with internal processes and policies, including auditing documents throughout the quote to order process to ensure high-quality output
- Update Salesforce throughout the sales cycle to ensure data integrity
- Execute credits and RMAs as needed
- Embrace evolving technology to support business needs
- Understand product offerings and processes to collaborate with Sales deal structuring
- Be available to support Month and Quarter End business.
- Learn, retain, and adapt to support an evolving Sales Operations role
- Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives

**Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail
- 2+ years post-secondary education required or relevant work experience in a sales or customer service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High self-motivation, responsibility, and emotional flexibility to achieve results
- Organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Limited travel required
