Linda & Co Jewellers, a long-standing leader in fine jewellery retail, is expanding and we are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Boutique Sales & Admin Associate to join our Macquarie Shopping Centre boutique.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and is eager to grow their career with one of Australia's premier jewellers.

Your Role:

Deliver exceptional customer service and assist clients in finding their perfect piece

Support the Assistant Manager in achieving budgets & sales targets

Maintain merchandising standards and stock control

Build and nurture long-term client relationships

Contribute to the smooth running of the boutique with admin and operational tasks


About You:

2+ years customer sales experience

A natural connector who can build rapport and trust with customers

Team player and motivator – you inspire those around you and bring positive energy

A flair for visual merchandising and an eye for detail

Passionate about going the extra mile to deliver memorable experiences
