**Job Description** Your New Role**

Working on a Defence program, and reporting into the Project Manger as a Configuration, Asset and Data Management Specialist, your role will be to:

- Update, implement and maintain Configuration, Asset and Data Management processes and procedures in accordance with business and customer requirements
- Maintain and update documents and related configuration items in accordance with approved configuration and baseline changes, either directly or in coordination with SMEs
- Manage the accuracy and completeness of configuration status accounting records, documents and diagrams
- Administer program-specific configuration management tools
- Audit configuration items in accordance with a contracted schedule and maintain asset management records
- Attend, and support customer Configuration Control Boards.

**Qualifications** About You and What You'll Bring**

Joining a tight-knit team working closely with the customer, your strong stakeholder management skills and attention to detail will hold you in good stead for the role, we are also looking for:

- Prior experience in a Configuration Analyst or Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) role
- ITIL V4 Qualified
- Good understanding of all the ITIL Processes and how SACM integrates with the other ITIL Processes
- Strong technical, logical & problem solving skills
- Strong presentation, engagement & communication skills (written & verbal)
