This Technology company offers both hardware and software solutions to the healthcare industry. They have an enviable market reputation, with a strong history, and are constantly innovating with strong year-on-year growth. With around 200 employees across ANZ currently, this new GM, People and Culture role has been created to take the P&C function to the next level and position it for the future.

**THE ROLE**

Supported by an established team of 4 and reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the implementation of the HR strategy across ANZ, enabling the attraction, development and retention of talented people and a customer-focused, high performance organisational culture.

The basics are already in place, including an HRIS, so the focus is on balancing the operational aspects with a more strategic approach to HR initiatives and using your creativity to develop innovative HR solutions. You will be responsible for:

- Delivering an end-to-end HR strategy in a growth focussed organisation, working directly with the CEO and Executive team;
- Developing, implementing and actively managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle;
- Learning and Development planning with a focus on Leadership capability and employee core skills;
- Developing and implementing creative solutions to attract, retain and develop talent;
- Managing a team of 4 and evolving the function in line with business needs;

**THE CRITERIA**

You will have a strong HR generalist background and will either already be leading an HR function or, as a strong 2ic, be ready to step up. You will have experience in a fast-paced environment ideally partnering with both white and blue collar client groups. You will:

- Have experience working closely with a leadership/executive team;
- Have previously led and coached a small team;
- Be able to demonstrate a track record of building trust and strong stakeholder relationships;
- Be flexible and adaptable;
- Have the ability to think strategically and deliver operationally;
- Be highly results orientated, energised by a challenge and able to set and deliver against goals;
- Have a pragmatic approach to HR solutions that support the business strategy.
