We are proud to be partnering with an Australian business experiencing dramatic growth and success. As part of the senior leadership team, this newly created role will see you managing a team of HR professionals where you will be tasked with rebuilding the HR function, within a business undertaking major transformational change with the expectation of doubling the size of the business over the next few years.

This HR leadership role will have exposure to the strategic development and operational execution of HR frameworks and processes including the implementation of a new HRIS system, performance management, talent acquisition, training & development and employee experience.

This is a unique and great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is excited and passionate about ensuring that the HR function is commercial and credible to meet the future growth of the business. You will enjoy leading, motivating and developing a team with strong stakeholder management capability with the ability to work collaboratively in a changing environment.

To be successful you will be degree qualified in Human Resources Management or equivalent. You will have proven track record building and leading a team, and passionate about making a positive change.
