**The Role**
Join our finance team where you will be responsible for ensuring effective operation of essential accounting services. You will undertake accounts payable & receivable activities in accordance with compliance, auditor and accounting standards. Main responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices
- Data entry, importing, and reconciliations
- Processing rent refunds and bond payments
- Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding reimbursements, credit cards and petty cash
- Liaising with external stakeholders
**About You**
You will demonstrate relevant experience in similar role, including exposure to high volume invoicing. In addition, you will have a good working knowledge and understanding of financial/accounting systems and intermediate level Microsoft Office skills.

- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience with problem solving.
- A keen eye for process and system improvement.
- The ability to work independently as part of a wider team and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to the right of all people to affordable and sustainable housing.
Please note that satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
